The buyer has 14 days to return the goods for any reason, therefore also for rethinking.

The costs of returning the goods are charged to the buyer, the goods must be entrusted to the courier within 14 days from the date of delivery by communicating to the company Marino Car Service s.r.l. the courier code and the name of the company for which you opted to the email 

The buyer undertakes to return the goods in the same state in which they were delivered, the goods returned with damage not present at delivery, may lead to the refusal of reimbursement by the company Marino Car Service s.r.l. or a reduction for damage caused to the returned good (s).

The buyer has 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods for return in case the item shows defects or obvious and / or ascertained malfunctions. 

The buyer undertakes to promptly communicate, to the email address the damages and defects of the article attaching all the evidence in his possession, photos, videos and / or documentation of third-party companies (coachbuilders, electricians or other companies in the sector). 

The company Marino Car Service s.r.l. undertakes to take charge of the request within 2 working days. 

The customer is offered, upon acceptance of the return, a refund equal to the amount paid at the purchase including any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase on the same payment method used. Collection of the goods at home totally free of charge (the costs for the return shipment are completely borne by the company Marino Car Service s.r.l.).  

If the damage is repairable, the buyer can request a partial refund of the amount paid on purchase to the email The company Marino Car Service s.r.l. reserves the right to refuse this proposal of the buyer, offering a full refund after the collection of the goods. 


The company Marino Car Service s.r.l. will take care of sending a form (downloadable here and to be sent to to the buyer where he is asked to fill in all the bank details email PayPal, in order to provide for the issuance of the bank transfer. We are not responsible for any errors made in filling out the return form. 


The Seller informs that pursuant to Legislative Decree 24.06.2003, n. 209, and subsequent amendments and / or additions, spare parts related to the safety of the vehicle may be sold exclusively to members of companies carrying out self-repair activities which, pursuant to Article 1, paragraph 3,, of Law 05.02.1992, n. 122, are distinguished in the activities of:

(a) mechanics and engines; (b) bodywork; (c) electrician; (d) tyre dealer.

The Seller therefore reserves the right not to process orders that present spare parts belonging to the categories listed above or if, at its sole discretion, it considers they can be part of it.

It is possible to order these spare parts by providing the details of the repairer who will physically carry out the assembly of the spare parts.
